The Senior Executive Service (SES)’s reform is still awaiting the confirmation of an executive order. This has led the National Academy of Public Administration’s policy forming experts to wonder whether they would ever be looked at with an eye of hope by the government or not as the division fails to find the cure to its ailment.
SES needs to get fixed…but by whom?

Ronald Sanders, the moderator for the panel has always been the one to hear whenever it comes to the Senior Executive Service’s dealings and he had really gloomy words to say about the current situation the division is in. He said that they are in crisis in more than one ways. He believes that they are in need of some help from the authorities if they are going to be able to get through this phase and if they don’t get what they need, then the outcome can be bitter.
An order from the Obama administration is still pending and awaiting comment from the White House, there are alterations in the agency made despite of the fact. This leads one to question if there will be substantial substance to attract any further interest in the service in the years that follow.
These sure are desperate times for SES but it’s hoped and expected that this situation of turmoil is going to get resolved by the efforts of some fine countrymen that are determined to end it as soon as possible.
