[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″ el_class=”section section1″][vc_column_text]In St. Paul a forty-three-year-old postal worker has been charged with two counts of first-degree damage to property and one count of dangerous weapons-reckless discharge of a firearm after authorities say on July 21st, the postal worker fired a 12-gauge shotgun at the downtown Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank building.
Christopher Douglas Wood fired shots between 10 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. from near the roof of the Minneapolis Central Post Office the criminal complaint alleges. The event took place while the Minneapolis Aquatennial fireworks display was occurring.
